Starry Night Retreat
An artist retreat and residency program. The residency includes a studio apartment, access hot springs on the grounds, and work/ exhibition space in a nearby storefront space. Artists, writers, and researchers of all disciplines are invited to focus on their work and exhibit or give a public talk about their pursuits, while also enjoying a relaxing atmosphere in the small, rural, eccentric town of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Homeless Papers
I went around the country to eight cities in eight weeks and posed as a homeless person in need of basic necessities – a meal and a bed, maybe a shower. Then I reported on the state of the homeless service systems that I encountered in each place I stopped. It was not always such a joyful experience, although it had it’s moments. No link yet.
